The karate kid has always been a film mentioned when some one talks about karate movie or martial arts movie if we consider the present century action the action or the fights in the karate kid movie are not the great but the last fight scene I must still say is good. The story is about a kid who learns karate from the master in a really unconventional way and the true meaning and purpose of karate.

  1. Excellent compendium! I will look for those that I haven't seen.
Just a typo correction: The first one's original title is actually called Kuro-Obi, not Koru-Obi. Just for those looking for it. It is a grandiose movie with lots of Karate metaphoric content.
